Rachel Daley returned to school to earn her master’s degree in Classroom Instruction with a focus on Reading. She graduated from CSP in 2012 and now works as a Faculty Member at Minnesota State College Southeast.
The curriculum that Daley studied in her program translated to real-life skills that she is able to use in the classroom. “Through studying classroom instruction, I was able to think about how to understand diverse learners and also understand the role that reading and comprehension have on the learning process.”
Daley found the expert faculty to be one of the most valuable aspects of her time at CSP, as well as the ability to connect with her peers, who were also working professionals. “The most valuable resources were having professors who were actively working in the field of education and working alongside colleagues, who were also actively working in the education field.”
