Hannah Distad

As a student-athlete, Hannah Distad, a double alum, initially found Concordia St. Paul through lacrosse. She enjoyed her undergraduate experience so much that she returned to complete her master’s in IT Management in 2023. CSP’s expansive network helped connect Distad with an internship opportunity at Marco Technologies where she now works full-time as a Proposal Coordinator.

“I initially came to CSP for the Lacrosse program but ended up with so much more. I truly enjoyed my time at CSP, with the smaller class sizes and being able to create a personal relationship with my professors.”

The program’s comprehensive coursework helped set Distad up for success in her field. With well-rounded and up-to-date lesson plans, she was able to earn a degree to set her apart in the ever-changing world of IT. “CSP helped prepare for my career through critical thinking, collaboration, and implementing deadlines.”

Concordia St. Paul’s expert and caring faculty made a huge impact on Distad’s college experience. Out of the many resources available to her, she says that she appreciated her professors the most. “Some of the most valuable resources that CSP offered me were the professors. Being at a small university, I was able to get to know my professors, and they knew me.”
