Vice Provost for Academic Affairs
Dr. Kevin Hall serves as the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs. In this role since 2023, he is responsible for the university’s faculty and academic programming. Before assuming these responsibilities, he served as dean of the College of Business and Technology (2014-2021) and director of the Director of Christian Education program (2006-2014).
Since joining Concordia’s full-time faculty in 2006, Dr. Hall has designed and taught undergraduate and graduate courses in various subjects related to business, public policy, education, and leadership. Before joining CSP’s faculty, he served for 22 years in director roles at Camp Omega, a Lutheran nonprofit organization.
Dr. Hall earned a B.A. in Education with a Director of Christian Education certification. Advanced degrees include an MBA from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an Ed.D. in Leadership from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul. Living in Rosemount, Minnesota, he is married with four adult children.
