Chris Eilitz earned a master’s degree in Organizational Management through CSP Global in 2004. Now, Eilitz works for Independent Pet Partners as their Sr. Vice President of DTC Channels.
CSP Global programs are designed to fit the needs of the working professional. For Eilitz, this was an important part of his success within the program. As new parents, the flexible but comprehensive program worked well for him and his family. “My career was already in flight, but my graduate degree fostered additional growth and development, which has allowed me to elevate into senior leadership roles.”
Over the course of his program, Eilitz recalls the sense of community between his cohort. “There is not a singular memory I would call out but fond memories of the collective Monday evenings we spent together over the course of 18 months, getting to know one another and experiencing life together.”
