  • CSP Password Requirements

    To help keep our accounts secure, CSP requires active students, staff, and faculty to reset their password every 180 days (6 months).

    CSP’s password requirements are:

    • Minimum of 14 characters
    • At least 1 uppercase letter
    • At least 1 number
    • At least 1 special character

    Here is the link to our Password Reset Tool. You must enroll in the tool first but once enrolled you can change your password anytime.Your password must be active in order to enroll.

    How do I reset my password if I DON’T know my CSP login?
    Contact the I.T. Help Desk at helpdesk@csp.edu or 651-641-8866, and provide the following information for security verification purposes:

    1. Full name
    2. L Number/Student ID or current home address
    3. What account you’re trying to log into (e.g. CSP Connect, Gmail, Blackboard)
    4. Alternate email address where you can be reached

    Please note – If you’ve never logged into your CSP Gmail account before, you will likely be locked out due to 2-step verification. Please ask the help desk to also confirm if your 2-step verification is turned on.

    How do I reset my password if it expired?

    How do I prevent from being locked out of my CSP Accounts?

    Enrolling in our Password Reset Tool is the best way to prevent being locked out in the future. You must enroll in the tool first but once enrolled you can change your password anytime.Your password must be active in order to enroll.

  • How do I connect to the Internet?

    1. Turn on your device, and make sure that Wi-Fi is enabled
    2. Connect to cspsecure by double-clicking on this network in your network list
    3. This will prompt you for a username and password. This login will be the same credentials that you use for logging into CSP Connect and Blackboard.

    Issues connecting to cspsecure

    If you’ve recently reset your password, you will need to forget the login credentials for cspsecure and type in your new password.

    Guest Network

    At this time we are not providing an open guest network. If you are a guest on campus visiting for a CSP related reason, please contact the help desk helpdesk@csp.edu or 651-641-8866 for the login options.

    Residence Hall Port Activation

    Each of the residence hall rooms has an ethernet port in the room.  This ethernet port is turned off by default.

    If you are a student living on campus and need your port active for your technology activities please email the help desk for a port activation form.

    Please be aware that during busy times it may take the IT department several business days to activate the port.

  • Printer Setup for Non-CSP Computer

    Welcome to your new printing app “Mobility Print”. Mobility Print is one of the tools that can be used by students and faculty to print to any visible printer on our Print Server.

    1. Connect to cspsecure Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable.
    2. Go to this link to download the Mobility Print App.
    3. Run the Mobility Print App setup; accept the agreement and click Next
    4. A list of printers will populate. Select the printer that will be used and click Next
    5. Enter your user name and password and click next. Then click Finish
    6. On a Windows PC go to devices and click on Printers & scanners. On Mac go to System Preferences and click on Printers & Scanners
    7. Select the printer that was installed and set as the default printer if you desire
    8. Repeat step 3 to 6 if multiple printers are required

    Manage Your Printing Account

    To manage your PaperCut account go to https://papercut2022.csp.elb2.staging.plaudit.com:9192/app

    1. Log in with your user name and password
    2. Options are located on the left panel of the website
    3. Summary
      • Rates
      • Redeem Card
      • Transfers
      • Transaction History
      • Recent Print Jobs
      • Job pending Release
      • Web Print
      • Log Out

    To submit a web print

    Web Printing can be done through the Papercut website.

    1. Click Web Print on the on the left panel of the website
    2. Click Submit a Job
    3. Click on the Print Options and Account Selection on the bottom right corner
    4. Enter the number of copies and click Upload Documents on the bottom right corner
    5. Drag files into the here box or Upload from computer. Click Upload & Complete
  • Microsoft Office 365

    Concordia University, St Paul is now offering students the ability to install the latest versions of the Microsoft Office Suite software on up to 5 personal devices. The following form must be used to signup for access to Office 365.

    Grammarly

    CSP offers active students, staff, and faculty a Grammarly account. If interested, please fill out this form to request a Grammarly account.

    Zoom

    1. To log into your CSP Zoom account, click this link.
    2. Click “Sign – In”.
    3. The page should refresh and ask you to sign in with your CSP credentials.
