Hiring Managers must request the following for their new employees:

• IT Computer Request Form – made no later than 1 week before your new hire start date. IT will bring the new employee’s laptop with them to HR Orientation and assist in setting it up.
• ID Card and Key Request Form –  must be submitted no later than 1 week before your new hire start date. HR will pick up the new ID with the new employee on their start date.
• Business Card and Name Tag Request Form – must be ordered 2-3 weeks in advance for them to be delivered by the time your new employee begins.
