Employment Policy

Whistleblower Policy and Procedure

Concordia University, St. Paul has a responsibility to conduct its affairs ethically and in compliance with the law. If you suspect that the University or a particular CSP employee is engaged in improper governmental activities, you should know that CSP has policies that can show you how to “blow the whistle” and can protect you from retaliation if the need arises.  

1 – Policy

A Whistleblower policy is intended for the reporting of possible violations of law, violations of the Concordia University, St Paul’s code of ethics, and/or violations of policies, including but not limited to all forms of harassment, all forms of discrimination, theft, fraud, workplace violence, etc.

2 – Procedure

To report any suspected violation of policies or code of ethics, please dial Concordia University’s In Touch Hotline at 855-358-3903.

  • You will need to have a pencil and paper available to record the case number that will be given to you.
  • Record the case number
  • Report your concern to the voice mail box and follow the directions given.
