• Use the CSP Applicant portal login page to reference your application status and items you still need to submit throughout the application process.
• Use the same email you created your account to correspond with the International Admissions office for faster processing.

In addition to applying to the University, applicants already studying in the United States should transfer their SEVIS record to Concordia University, St. Paul.

Applicants should share the following SEVIS information with the DSO at the last school admitted and attended in the U.S. in order to transfer your record to CSP. Please notify us if your record is currently terminated.

For applicants seeking an initial I-20, the following deadlines apply:

Fall Admission: July 1
Spring Admission: November 1
Summer Admission: March 1

For applicants transferring an F-1 Visa from another U.S. academic institution the deadline for admissions is two weeks prior to the start date (fall, spring, and summer).

Applicants should request an official transcript stating the awarding of a bachelor’s degree or higher and GPA.

• Official transcripts should include all completed coursework with grades if applicable and the degree awarded.
• Transcripts that are in a language other than English must be accompanied with English translations.
• It is the applicant’s responsibility to request official transcripts or credential evaluation
• University officials may contact foreign institutions directly to verify document authenticity. If we are unable to verify transcripts or credentials, the University reserves the right to request an official transcript evaluation or withdraw the application.

• Student must have graduated with at least 90 subject credits or 120 overall credits
• The bachelor’s university must be accredited by NAAC with an ‘A’ grade during the entire time of the study.
• Student must have graduated with a First Class or CGPA of 6.5 or higher.

Transcripts must be sent by the university or autonomous college. We cannot accept transcripts sent from affiliated colleges.
